What is the primary focus or niche of your coaching practice, and If you could have any fictional character as a coaching client, who would it be? 

Leadership, organizational wellbeing; transition; government

What unique skills, experiences, or perspectives will you contribute to our ICF chapter as a board member? 

I bring a unique blend of leadership, service, and coaching experience to the role of on the ICF Hawai’i Board. My background as a retired NCIS special agent taught me the importance of integrity, inclusion, and building trust across diverse communities. As an ICF-certified ACC coach, I am committed to fostering growth, connection, and well-being. I will bring both structure and warmth to our chapter, ensuring members feel valued, supported, and engaged.

What is one goal you’d love to achieve as a board member to strengthen our chapter and support its members? 

My goal is to create deeper connections within our chapter by fostering a strong sense of community and belonging. I want every member to feel engaged, supported, and valued, so our chapter becomes not just a professional network but a true coaching ‘Ohana.

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know, and how does it shape who you are as a coach or leader? 

I once climbed Mount Fuji with no training and no real plan. It taught me I can wing it when I need to, stay steady in the uncomfortable, and find growth on the edge of challenge. As a coach and leader, I bring that same spirit of resilience and curiosity to others.
