Coaching Impact That Matters

The board recently reviewed our first-half 2026 results—and the story is clear. ICF Hawaiʻi coaches delivered meaningful results in our community while creating valuable CCE opportunities for members. Here’s what we achieved together:

• Ignite! Project with Hawaiʻi Conservation Alliance Nine coaches provided 6–10 hours of 1:1 coaching to nine HCA leaders. Each coach earned 2 Core Competency CCEs. The work was so valuable that several coaching relationships continued beyond the formal program—proof of lasting impact.

• University of Hawaiʻi Medical School Collaboration Eight coaches earned 2 Core Competency CCEs each by observing faculty–student coaching conversations and offering competency-based feedback. This partnership strengthened coaching skills while supporting the next generation of medical leaders.

• International Coaching Week 2026 (May 11–15) More than 143 people registered and 64 joined live events focused on coach education and raising awareness of professional coaching’s growing impact across Hawaiʻi.

• 2026 Member Survey Member voices shaped our path forward, giving the board clear insight into demographics and what our community values most.

These efforts show how ICF Hawaiʻi coaches are elevating individual excellence and community outcomes—while earning valuable CCE credit that supports their professional growth.
